Mix the powder with a few drops of rosewater to make a smooth paste. Apply it on your face and neck and post 15 minutes wash it off. To use a nourishing neem hair pack, warm a few tablespoons of olive oil and add two tsp. of neem powder to it. Mix this well and massage it on your scalp using circular motions. Wash it off using a mild shampoo after an hour. Repeat using this pack thrice a week to get a healthy scalp and beautiful hair.
